We return with Season 3 in autumn

I kind of forgot that we had a news section on this website! We're more engaged on the Facebook page, so you can pop over there if you want to know if we're running any marathons or spending months in the subantarctic.

Fear not, we'll be back to the regular weekly podcasts in the next month or two, and we've got big plans that should see us going for another few seasons after that.

To the hellmouth!

Podcast on iTunes

Good news everyone!

Apple has approved the submission of our podcast feed, so we are now searchable in the iTunes store! There's no new content yet, but you can subscribe to the podcast and listen to the prologue and then you'll get our first episode as soon as it's released.

You can either search for "Remedial Nerding" in iTunes, or you can go here to find it on the iTunes website.

You'll only get the main episodes in the feed, any extras you'll have to find here on the website.

See you on the 14th!

Launch window approaching

The time has come.

Well, almost!

On Monday the 14th of December 2015 Remedial Nerding Podcast will be launching with Episode 2. (I know it's usual to start with Episode 1, but if it's good enough for George Lucas, it's good enough for us!)

We're starting off by watching the first (and only) season of Firefly, so if you haven't already seen it, make sure you watch the feature length pilot called Serenity. Don't be confused by the feature film follow up, also called Serenity, or watch The Train Job (the first episode shown on some networks) by mistake, we'll get to both of those in due course.

You can already find Episode 1 on the website, in it we discuss the ideas behind the podcast, so hopefully it will whet your appetite for our chatter.

As a little extra you'll also be able to find our first Interlude, Trailers are not spoilers, on the 14th. In it Nathan and I watch and discuss the trailers for The Force Awakens and The Phantom Menace in anticipation of the launch of the new film. You'll only have to wait a few days to see how wrong we were; we've been waiting for a few weeks already!

Remember, the Force will be with you, always.
